What Others Are Saying...

  • " Not only is Sean a great nutritionist, but he's an excellent strength coach. I've coached athletes with him on multiple occasions. The most impressive attributes I've seen in him is his integrity, work ethic, ability to work with athletes and desire to be the best coach possible...."

In Part I of This Month's Newsletter…

In Part I of our March newsletter, we have an exclusive interview with strength athlete extraordinaire Greg Nuckols, a man whose Meet PR’s include a 750 lb (340 kg) squat, 425 lb (193kg) bench and a, 710 lb (322 kg) deadlift. Greg discusses his background, what motivates him (Hint – It's not setting world records & PR's) as well as nutrition, supplement and recovery strategies. Following our interview, we get to our CP Community Member Discussion. This month, Alex Leaf shares with us his article, The Humble Spud In it, Alex discusses the health benefits of the often maligned white potato including the presence of resistant starches, protein quality (you'll be pleasantly surprised on this one!), impressive micro- and phyto-nutrient content as well as ways to incorporate it into one's diet.
